CEO - Carter Keltner
Bridge Learning was founded by Carter Keltner in 1997, while living in Kyoto, Japan. With a background in emerging market economics and experience teaching in Vietnam and Japan, Mr. Keltner has a unique understanding of working in the Asian education market. Having lived in Asia for over 15 years, Mr. Keltner has applied his understanding of Western education and Asian culture to form a bridge between the two cultures, bringing quality educational materials from the West to the East. Mr. Keltner continues to guide the overall direction of the company as Bridge Learning grows and takes on new and exciting initiatives.
